The Faculty of Science and Humanities lends its help and support in organizing several events and activities in the campus. The Faculty members are devoted to the preparation of students to help them gracefully step into the job scenario. The staff members of Science and Humanities act as counselors to the needy students. With this objective SRMU ventured into an ambitious program in January 2008 called "Semester Abroad Program' (SAP) under which our students were sent to prestigious universities in USA, UK, France, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Japan, Korea and Australia to pursue one semester.

DEPARTMENT PROFILE

The Department of MCA was established in the year 2007 under the auspices of Faculty of Engineering and Technology. It strives hard to develop world class, self disciplined computer professionals who will be responsible for enriching the economical status of our Nation and humanity.

This success is attributed to the dedicated and responsible faculty members of our department who imparts quality education. Due to the overwhelming response for the courses, BCA course was introduced in the year 2014 and B.Sc Computer Science was added in the year 2015.

No Registration Fees

There will be three best paper awards for best paper presentation in the area of

(i) Machine Learning (ii) Computing Intelligence (iii) Interdisciplinary. The candidate who wishes to submit the paper for the Best paper award should indicate on the top of the paper “For Consideration of Best Paper Award” and submit full paper through link by date. The paper will be reviewed by the screening committee for selection of paper for presentation in the award session.
