The executive committee members, general body members and other volunteers are instrumental in running the Samithi. “Seva” (Volunteer work) is the guiding motto for us. We receive no financial support from the Ramakrishna mission. The Samiti and Nellore citizens are blessed by the occasional visits by the monks of the Ramakrishna Order The organlisation lays emphasis to help the needy children, and general student folk. The samiti has no in-house publications which usually partially contributes to the upkeep of a few Samitis in other places such as Bapatla where the publications encompass translation into Telugu of the books by Vivekananda and other authors, songs by Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, moral stories, and socially, spiritually relevant topics in Telugu as well as in English.
The Samithi has no paid employees. The work and teaching is voluntarily done. Some teachers from the local school and college are benefited from the Samithi. A computer is available in the Samiti. All in all, it will be a very rewarding visit for anybody and it will be commendable if you join together with us for the upbringing of the Samiti's activities.. The volunteers who are very dedicated to their work are, in fact, needed.
Though not much related to this Samiti, we have pleasure to inform below the devotees about two other establishments working towards the ideals set by the Holy Trinity and for arousing the general public towards the same.
