Artificial Intelligence I
University of Missouri-Columbia (Fall 2022}
Deviating a little from my pure math journey, I took a semester-long course in Artificial Intelligence. During a paper review presentation, I discussed 'The n-Queens Completion Problem' by Glock, Correia, and Sudakov. The paper investigated the possibility of completing a formation of $m \leq n$ mutually non-attacking queens on an $n \times n$ chessboard to form n non-attacking queens. Additionally, I conducted a comparative analysis of various AI methods employed to solve this problem.I am currently also trying to learn python.
Leisure
Mizzou Badminton Club
I have been playing badminton for over two decades. Aside from being an engaged member of the university's club, I am also its treasurer. More recently, I won the bronze medal in Women's Singles and Women's Doubles at the Arch Badminton Open held in St. Louis, Missouri (pictured on the left).
Book Recommendations!
Reading has been instrumental in maintaining my focus and well-being within the demanding and often overwhelming environment of academia.
I am a big fan of the works of (among many others) Neil Gaiman, Brandon Sanderson, Patrick Rothfuss, Arundhati Roy, and Amitav Ghosh.
My top recommendations are Kingkiller Chronicles by Patrick Rothfuss, the Bartimaeus trilogy by Jonathan Stroud, and Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson.
