Welcome to the CARES Group!
The CARES Group is directed by Srinidhi Balasubramanian. We are housed in the Environmental Science and Engineering Department at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
We aim to advance systems-scale understanding of air quality, agriculture, and how their interactions impact human and environmental health in India through integrated modeling and data-driven analysis. Our work seeks to inform equitable, scientifically grounded pathways to improve air quality, human and environmental health, food security, and climate resilience.
