My research focuses on the optimisation of energy systems and human-machine interaction in the agricultural sector. I specialise in the performance and emissions analysis of Internal Combustion Engines fueled by alternative energy sources, including CNG and biodiesels, utilising advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to model complex combustion processes. My work extends to the development of efficient agricultural infrastructure, where I am currently applying CFD frameworks to optimise agricultural aerators. Beyond thermal-fluid systems, I investigate ergonomics and operator safety through the study of tractor vibrations and fatigue analysis - leveraging EMG sensors to develop data-driven insights into human physical strain. By bridging the gap between mechanical power systems and applied biomechanics, my research aims to enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and safety of modern agricultural technology.
