Mentor scheme

St Richard's Mentor Scheme

At SRH anaesthetics, we run a mentor scheme for all those new to anaesthesia. For those trainees - they will be allocated to a registrar who has an interest in coaching and mentoring.

As well as trying to link these trainees together for on call shifts, we recommend three meetings a year.
