Welcome to my website!
I am a macroeconomist with research interests in economic growth and development, economic history, and applied microeconomics. My research examines the long-term demographic and economic effects of historical disruptions and agricultural practices in Cambodia.
I completed my Ph.D. in Economics at York University, Toronto, in 2025. From 2025 to 2027, I will be a Postdoctoral Fellow at CERDI, Université Clermont Auvergne, working on the ECOTERM project (Ecosystem services derived from termite mounds in the lower Mekong basin). My work integrates field survey data with econometric analysis to assess the agricultural and welfare impacts of ecosystem services, with the goal of promoting improved farming practices and supporting sustainable agriculture.
