As we all know, Temples have been the institutions for promotion of arts and culture since times immemorial and as time passes on the same has seen a shift. However, the contribution of temples in this segment is worth recalling and recognising. It is a humble effort of Sree Karpaga Vinayagar Isai Sangam to reminisce and reseed the tradition. Thus SKVISS has embarked upon a new venture “NAADA SAMARPPANAM” and plan to organise a music concert in temples once in a month.

Following the path set, SKVISS has been livecasting the program on FB and YT.

The first of its program was held at “Sree Karpaga Vinayagar Temple, AIBEA Nagar (Bank Colony), Thiruvanaikkaval” on 31.10.2020 from 6.30 to 8.00 pm. AIBEA Nagar (Bank Colony), Thiruvanaikkaval is the birth place of SKVISS and the isai sangam is named after the Presiding Deity of this area “Sree Karpaga Vinayagar” and what could be a more apt place to begin with.
The first of its program was held at “Sree Karpaga Vinayagar Temple, AIBEA Nagar (Bank Colony), Thiruvanaikkaval” on 31.10.2020 from 6.30 to 8.00 pm. The second "Naada Samarppanam" is schedudled at “Sree Aadhimuleswarar Temple, Tiruppattrurai”--(1100 old Shiva temple and sung by divine tamil poet thirugnanasambandar) on 29.11.2020 from 8.00 am to 10.00 am. The concert will be follwed by Abhishekam to the deities.
The second "Naada Samarppanam" is schedudled at “Sree Aadhimuleswarar Temple, Tiruppattrurai”--(1100 old Shiva temple and sung by divine tamil poet thirugnanasambandar) on 29.11.2020 from 8.00 am to 10.00 am. The concert will be follwed by Abhishekam to the deities.
SKVISS has got the blessings of Sri Athi Nayaga Perumal, Gopurappatti--(600+ years old Vaishnavite temple) on 27.12.2020 from 8.00 am to 10.00 am followed by "Thirumanjanam". The first segment is performed by the Prize Winners of SKVISS music competitions of yesteryear.
