TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: July 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SQUAT100 VISION (the “App”), provided by Flowbit Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of the App
SQUAT100 VISION is a fitness habit application designed to help users perform and track squats.
The App may provide features including:
- Camera-based detection of shoulder, hip, knee, and body movement
- Automatic squat counting based on detected movement and squat depth
- Real-time repetition counts, progress indicators, and movement gauges
- A daily target of 100 squats
- Workout duration and set-based repetition records
- Daily, weekly, and monthly workout history
- Free access tickets or similar usage-based access features
- Advertising-supported access
- A one-time PRO purchase that may remove advertisements and usage limitations
Features may vary depending on the App version, device, operating system, region, permissions, and service availability.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. No Account Required
The App is generally designed to operate without account registration or sign-in.
Workout records, settings, progress, and related App data are generally stored locally on your device. Removing the App, clearing its data, resetting the device, or losing the device may permanently remove this locally stored information.
4. Camera and Motion Detection
The App requires access to your device’s camera to provide automatic squat-counting features.
Camera frames are analyzed during the workout to detect relevant body movement. Camera footage is intended to be processed on the device and is not recorded, saved as video, or uploaded to servers operated by Flowbit Labs.
You are responsible for:
- Granting camera permission before using automatic counting
- Positioning the device securely
- Exercising in a safe and sufficiently clear area
- Ensuring that your body is adequately visible to the camera
- Preventing unauthorized people from appearing in the camera view
Camera-based detection is an automated estimate. Accuracy may be affected by lighting, camera angle, clothing, body visibility, movement speed, device performance, or other environmental and technical conditions.
The App may miss repetitions, count movements incorrectly, or fail to recognize certain movements. You should not rely on the App’s count as a guaranteed or medically accurate measurement.
5. Fitness and Medical Disclaimer
SQUAT100 VISION is provided for general fitness, informational, and habit-tracking purposes only.
The App:
- Does not provide medical advice
- Does not diagnose or treat any medical condition
- Is not a medical device
- Does not guarantee correct exercise form
- Does not guarantee prevention of injury
- Is not a substitute for a physician, physical therapist, certified trainer, or other qualified professional
Exercise involves inherent risks, including fatigue, falls, muscle strain, joint injury, and other physical harm.
Before beginning or changing an exercise program, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have an injury, medical condition, mobility limitation, are pregnant, or have concerns about your ability to exercise safely.
Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, weakness, loss of balance, or unusual discomfort. Seek appropriate medical assistance when necessary.
You voluntarily assume the risks associated with exercise and use of the App.
6. Free Access Tickets and Advertisements
The free version of the App may use access tickets, limited-use sessions, rewarded advertisements, or similar mechanisms.
Tickets may be:
- Granted automatically
- Earned by viewing eligible advertisements
- Consumed when starting or completing certain workouts
- Limited by time, quantity, availability, or technical conditions
The structure, availability, and value of free tickets may change as the App is updated.
Advertising is provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob or similar providers. We do not guarantee that a particular advertisement or rewarded advertisement will always be available.
Rewards may not be granted if an advertisement is interrupted, unavailable, not completed, or cannot be verified.
7. PRO Purchase
The App may offer PRO as a one-time in-app purchase.
Depending on the current version of the App, PRO may provide benefits such as:
- Removal of advertisements
- Removal or reduction of ticket limitations
- Unrestricted access to eligible workout features
The exact benefits and price displayed in the App or Google Play at the time of purchase apply to that transaction.
PRO is not a subscription unless it is explicitly identified as one before purchase.
8. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
In-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing or another authorized app marketplace payment system.
Flowbit Labs does not directly receive or store your full payment card or banking information.
Purchases are subject to the payment terms, refund rules, account requirements, and other policies of Google Play or the applicable marketplace.
You are responsible for ensuring that purchases made through your device or marketplace account are authorized.
Where supported, you may use the marketplace’s restore or purchase verification features to recover an eligible entitlement. Restoration may depend on the Google account used for the original purchase, marketplace records, device compatibility, and network availability.
Refund requests must generally be submitted through Google Play or the marketplace where the purchase was made, subject to applicable law and marketplace policies.
