Flowbit Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides SQUAT100 VISION (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, processed, stored, and shared when you use the App.
1. Privacy Summary
SQUAT100 VISION uses your device’s camera to detect body movement and automatically count squats.
Camera footage is intended to be processed locally on your device. Flowbit Labs does not operate a server that receives or stores your camera footage.
The App generally does not require account registration. Workout records and settings are generally stored locally on your device.
The App may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, app distribution, and in-app purchase processing. Those services may collect certain device, usage, diagnostic, advertising, or purchase-related information under their own privacy policies.
2. Information Processed by the App
2.1 Camera Images and Body Movement
When you start a camera-based workout, the App accesses live camera frames to identify relevant body points and movement, such as the position or movement of the shoulders, hips, and knees.
This processing is used to:
- Determine whether your body is positioned appropriately for detection
- Estimate squat depth and movement state
- Count squat repetitions
- Display real-time movement and progress indicators
Camera frames are intended to be processed on the device in real time.
Flowbit Labs does not intentionally:
- Record workout videos
- Save camera images to your photo library
- Upload camera footage to Flowbit Labs servers
- Use camera footage for advertising
- Use camera footage to identify you
Temporary camera frames and movement-analysis results may exist in device memory while the feature is active and are discarded as part of normal processing.
2.2 Workout and Activity Records
The App may create and store information such as:
- Workout dates and times
- Workout duration
- Squat repetition counts
- Set-based repetition counts
- Daily goal progress
- Daily, weekly, and monthly activity history
- Streaks or habit-related progress, if available
- App preferences and settings
This information is generally stored locally on your device and is not intended to be uploaded to servers operated by Flowbit Labs.
Although these records relate to exercise activity, they are not medical records and should not be treated as medical measurements or diagnoses.
2.3 App Preferences and Entitlements
The App may store local information needed to remember:
- Language preferences
- Camera or workout settings
- Tutorial completion
- Free ticket balances or usage status
- Advertisement-related reward status
- PRO purchase or entitlement status
Some purchase status information may also be retrieved from Google Play to verify or restore an eligible purchase.
2.4 Purchase Information
If you purchase PRO or another digital item, the transaction is processed through Google Play Billing or the applicable app marketplace.
Flowbit Labs may receive or access limited purchase-related information necessary to provide the purchased feature, such as:
- Product identifier
- Purchase status
- Transaction or purchase token
- Purchase time
- Entitlement or restoration status
Flowbit Labs does not directly receive or store your full payment card or banking details. Payment information is handled by Google Play or the applicable payment provider according to its own terms and privacy policy.
2.5 Advertising Information
The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or a similar advertising network.
Depending on your device, settings, region, consent choices, and the advertising provider’s configuration, an advertising service may collect or process information such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
- Advertising ID or other device identifiers
- App interactions, including app launches, taps, and advertisement views
- Device and operating system information
- Advertisement performance and reward completion information
- Diagnostic information
- Information used to prevent fraud and abuse
Advertising providers may use this information to deliver, measure, limit, personalize, or protect advertisements, as permitted by applicable law and your consent choices.
Where required, the App may ask for consent before personalized advertising or related processing. You may be shown non-personalized or limited advertisements depending on your choices and regional requirements.
PRO users may receive an advertisement-free experience, but previously collected information remains subject to the retention practices of the relevant third-party provider.
2.6 Analytics and Crash Information
The App may use analytics or crash-reporting tools, such as Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, or similar services.
These services may process information such as:
- App version
- Device model
- Operating system version
- App interactions and feature usage
- Session information
- Crash logs
- Performance and diagnostic information
- Device or installation identifiers
- Approximate technical location derived from an IP address
This information may be used to understand App usage, diagnose errors, improve performance, maintain security, and develop features.
Crash reports are not intended to include camera footage or locally stored workout history. However, diagnostic providers may process technical information according to their own configurations and privacy policies.
3. Account Information
The App is generally designed to function without requiring you to create an account or sign in.
Flowbit Labs does not intentionally collect your name, email address, password, or profile information through an App account system.
If you contact us directly by email, we will receive your email address, message content, and any information you voluntarily include.
4. Device Permissions
4.1 Camera Permission
Camera permission is required for automatic squat detection and counting.
The camera is accessed only when necessary to provide camera-based features. You may deny or revoke camera permission through your device settings.
If you deny or revoke the permission, automatic counting and other camera-dependent features may not function.
4.2 Notification Permission
If reminder or notification features are available, the App may request permission to send notifications.
Notifications may include workout reminders, daily-goal reminders, or other App-related messages. You can disable notifications through the App or device settings.
5. How Information Is Used
Information processed through the App may be used to:
- Provide automatic squat counting
- Display real-time movement and progress information
- Store and display workout history
- Track progress toward a daily goal
- Maintain free ticket and PRO entitlement status
- Display and measure advertisements
- Provide rewarded advertisement benefits
- Process and restore purchases
- Analyze App performance and usage
- Diagnose crashes and technical problems
- Prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
- Improve the App and develop new features
Flowbit Labs does not sell your camera footage or locally stored workout history.
6. How Information Is Shared
Flowbit Labs does not operate a server for uploading or storing your camera footage or local workout history.
Information may nevertheless be processed or shared in the following circumstances:
6.1 Service Providers
Third-party providers may process limited information to provide advertising, analytics, crash reporting, billing, distribution, security, or other technical services.
Potential providers include:
- Google Play
- Google Play Billing
- Google AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Other functionally similar service providers used by the App
These providers process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
6.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information available to us if reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- Enforce our Terms of Service
- Detect or address fraud, security, or technical problems
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of users, Flowbit Labs, or others
Because most workout information is stored only on your device, Flowbit Labs may not possess information requested by you or a third party.
6.3 Business Transfers
If Flowbit Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of App-related assets, information under our control may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate privacy protections.
7. Third-Party Privacy Practices
Third-party services have their own privacy policies, data retention practices, security measures, and legal responsibilities.

Google Play’s terms and policies are available through Google’s official websites and the Google Play application.
We encourage you to review the privacy settings and policies of your device, Google account, Google Play, advertising providers, analytics providers, and other relevant services.
8. Local Data Storage
Workout records, progress, settings, ticket status, and certain entitlement information are generally stored locally within the App’s storage area on your device.
Local data may be lost if you:
- Delete the App
- Clear the App’s storage or data
- Reset, replace, damage, or lose your device
- Use a system cleanup tool
- Experience a device or storage failure
Unless a backup or synchronization feature is explicitly provided, Flowbit Labs cannot recover locally deleted workout records.
Your operating system or device backup service may independently back up some App data, depending on your device and backup settings. Such backups are controlled by the relevant platform or service provider.
9. Data Retention
Locally stored workout records and settings are retained on your device until you delete them, clear the App’s data, uninstall the App, or they are otherwise removed by the device or operating system.
Support emails and related correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, and billing providers retain information according to their own retention policies.
10. Data Deletion
Because the App generally does not use an account or upload workout records to Flowbit Labs servers, there may be no server-side workout profile for Flowbit Labs to delete.
You can generally delete local App information by:
- Using an in-app delete or reset feature, if available
- Clearing the App’s storage through your device settings
- Uninstalling the App
You may manage or delete information held by Google or another third-party provider through the settings and privacy tools offered by that provider.
If you have contacted us by email and want us to delete support correspondence or other information under our control, contact flowbitlabs@gmail.com. We will evaluate and process the request subject to applicable legal obligations and legitimate retention needs.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information under our control.
Camera processing and workout record storage are designed to occur locally, which reduces the need to transmit this information to Flowbit Labs.
However, no device, application, storage system, or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and maintaining appropriate device security.
Information transmitted to third-party services is protected according to those providers’ security practices. For example, providers may use encrypted connections when transmitting information.
12. International Data Processing
Third-party services used by the App may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Privacy laws and protections may differ between countries. When third-party services process information internationally, their own legal terms, safeguards, and privacy policies apply.
13. Children’s Privacy
The App is a general fitness application and is not specifically directed to children under the age required to independently consent to data processing in their jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect children’s camera footage or workout history through Flowbit Labs servers.
Children should use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian should ensure that the exercise is age-appropriate, that the device is positioned safely, and that the child exercises in a safe environment.

14. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal information under applicable law.
Your available choices may include:
- Denying or revoking camera permission
- Disabling notifications
- Resetting or deleting your advertising ID through device settings
- Managing advertisement consent choices
- Purchasing PRO to remove eligible advertisements
- Clearing locally stored App data
- Uninstalling the App
- Managing Google information through your Google account settings
- Requesting access to or deletion of information directly held by Flowbit Labs
Because camera footage and workout records are generally not uploaded to Flowbit Labs, we may be unable to access, export, correct, or restore that local information on your behalf.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, legal requirements, or our data practices.
The revised Privacy Policy will be made available through the App, its store listing, or the associated policy page. The “Last updated” date will indicate the most recent revision.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
