Get yourself ready for a great season by following our Summer Training Program!
Team workouts will be held Tuesday and Thursay mornings from 7:00-8:00 am at AHS. Come join us for a Tuesday morning run and a Thursday morning circuit!
Can't make it? No problem! You can do the workouts from wherever you are.
