Concert Concessions- Summer 2025
What: Serve drinks and food at various concerts at the Cascade Amphitheater
When: Summer 2025 (Specific dates coming - approx 8 concert dates to choose from)
Where: Cascades Amphitheater in Ridgefield, WA
Details: This fundraiser is for adults only. Workers are required to obtain a food handler’s permit (https://www.foodworkercard.wa.gov/) and go to a training on Thursday May 8 @ 5p, or Saturday, May 10 @ 2p. [You can pick 1 of these 2 trainings, not both]. On concert nights, workers will need to be prepared to work a 7-8 hour shift starting approx 3pm. We will need 6 to 9 workers per concert

NOTE: (Please Select 1 of the 2 Trainings (Mandatory), ALSO please sign up for any concert you are willing to volunteer at. We are also collecting backup volunteers - if you are willing to be on call in case we need you)
Grad Night - June 12 2026
What: 25 to 30 Chaperones at the venue. Role: Door Monitors and general support for students. Plus we need 6 to 8 volunteers at the school to organize prizes from 2am to 5:30a, and greet the students as they return from the venue.
When: Friday June 12, 2026
Where: TBD
Details: As soon as you get all your graduation pictures - you will either head to the venue and beat the bus OR 1 need 1 parent on each bus. Once at the venue you will rotate through assignments that mostly include monitoring exits and other areas of the venue, as well as supporting the students onsite. We do want to have 1 parent volunteer that is a nurse - if that is you - let us know. You will return to the high school by about 5:00 AM.

Lions Club Booth at Fair - Aug 2025
What: Nightly clean-up at Lion’s Booth at Clark County Fair
When: August 1 - August 10, 2025
Where: Ridgefield Lion's Booth at Clark County Fair
Details: Adults and students needed for a 2-hour clean-up at closing time. Volunteers can arrive earlier in the day and will receive free parking, and entry. IF YOU ARRIVE by 9:20 PM - YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE A FREE MEAL FROM THE LIONS CLUB BOOTH - WHAT A DEAL!

Fireworks Stand - July 2025
What: 4th of July Firework Sales in Ridgefield. This is our largest fundraiser and brings in a majority of our budget.
When: June 30 - July 4, 2025 (small clean up crew on July 5)
Where: Parking lot of Rosauers
Details: We will need adults and students to help set up, sell, run cashier, sign-waving, customer service, secure overnight and clean-up. We need 2 adults to also be willing to secure the tent overnight each night from June 30 to July 5.

Support 2025 Grad on June 6 2025
What: Decorate, Set up & Check in Seniors for Grad Night 2025. This allows the senior parents to engage in graduation - and stay with any families attending as their senior goes off to the party. You will receive the same courtesy when your student graduates next year!
When: Friday June 6, 2025
Where: Ridgefield High School
Details: 3 to 4 hour commit to decorate, setup, securely check in students, securely check in mobile phones and make sure all students get on the bus. We also need 2 to 4 parents to come back at 3a to 5a to get prizes ready to hand out, and check students out when they return from their grad night.

Ridgefield Farm to Table - August 16 2025
What: Be a server at Ridgefield's community Farm to Table event!
When: August 16, 2025 - 6p to 10p
Where: Overlook Park - upon arrival let them know you are a server
Details: We will need 12 adults (21+) and students to help set up, serve and clean up during meal service.
