Don't forget to fill out our volunteer Sign Ups!!
No, you do not have to volunteer. That said, we do encourage all Graduating Seniors & their families to volunteer any amount that they can. The event only happens if we get enough volunteers for the fundraising efforts.
Yes - there will be a nominal fee to attend. In order to secure the venue, the food , entertainment, transportation and prizes - we have to have a firm headcount. Paying a fee confirms to us that your intent is to attend. The fee will be determined in April 2026, and we do our best to keep it as low as possible. The amount will depend entirely on the fundraising efforts between now and April 2026. In the past the fee has been in the $20 to $35 range per student, and we will do all we can to keep it low. If you have a hardship and are part of the free/low cost lunch program - scholarships will be available to assure everyone has an opportunity to attend.
It's a surprise! We keep the event location a secret - its more fun that way right? Its also to keep our students secure and assure there are no unannounced visitors that are not part of the graduating class. If you need to get in touch with your student that evening, a phone number for a parent that will be running the event, who will be onsite the entire time, will be provided for emergencies. You can also email us with questions or concerns: rhsspudgradnight2026@gmail.com
No problem, this is not a mandatory event. That said, we do hope you consider joining your peers for what will likely be one of the last times the entire class will be together. There are a lot of fun events planned for the evening, and there will be prizes for everyone attending.
The exact times will be communicated in April 2026 on the sign up form. However, in past years typically we were back at the high school by approximately 5:00 AM.
This is a private event for RHS Graduating Seniors ONLY. Guests are not allowed. We hope you will enjoy this fun evening of activities, entertainment, food and prizes to engage with your Graduating Class for what will probably be the last time for some time. Congratulations Class of 2026! You did it!
