Handicaps are now posted in Golf Genius  

 General Handicap limits :  FLT 1: 0-22; FLT 2: 23-29

 FLT3: 30-40 

Flight assignments will change  based on the number of participants. The goal is to have 8 to 12 golfers in each flight.
