You should receive Form A, sent to you via email (check the spam/junk folder, if you can't find it), on the afternoon of the day of O-Level results release
Form A should contain a list of course codes, which are the options you are eligible for.
Eligibility does not guarantee placement - please refer to the last aggregate score of the courses from previous intake, and use it as reference to estimate your chances for the different courses.
Example of aggregate range [4 - 11] from previous year intake is shown in the next image, where 11 points is score of the last ranked student admitted to the course the previous year. This information is available on each course page on the CourseFinder www.moe.gov.sg/coursefinder
If Form A indicates "You have been admitted to <JC / Polytechnic / ITE>...", then
Congratulations! Your offer is confirmed.
Your new school / institution will contact you on registration and enrolment.
If Form A shows a list of course codes, then
unfortunately, it means your DSA-JC / EAE offer has been revoked, because you did not meet the entry requirements.
Please proceed to participate in the Joint Admissions Exercise (JAE) and / or Joint Intake Exercise 'O' (JIE 'O')

Please remember to ACCEPT the course offered to you. If you wish to appeal, you may still do so, after accepting
If posted to JCs and MI
Report to posted institutions on morning of 4 Feb 2026, or contact the posted school directly to confirm acceptance (If unable to report due to valid reasons)
If posted to Polytechnics
Enrolment details will be sent by end-Feb 2026
If posted to ITE
Enrolment details will be emailed on date 3 Feb 2026
Appeal for Junior College (JC) or Millenia Institute (MI) courses to be done directly with the respective JC / MI.
Appeal for Polytechnic and ITE courses to be done via https://jaeappeal.edu.sg/ from 9am 3 Feb to 4pm 6 Feb 2026.
Only open to students who have taken part in the current year JAE
Up to six polytechnic diploma and/or ITE 2-year Higher Nitec courses, where:
You have met the course's minimum entry requirements, and
Your aggregate score is equal to or better than that of the last student successfully posted into the course in the JAE.
If you already have a JAE posting to a polytechnic or ITE 2-year Higher Nitec course, your original posting
will be revoked, if your appeal is successful
will be retained, if your appeal is unsuccessful
Appeal results will be released on 23 Feb 2026 via email and SMS notification: log into the portal to view appeal outcome
