Show appreciation to someone whose work often goes unnoticed through a small act of gratitude.
EXAMPLE:
Thank a cleaner, security officer, canteen staff member, bus captain, or another everyday hero with a kind note or small gesture.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
💌 Optional, a thank-you note, snack, or small token of appreciation.
WHAT TO SUBMIT:
📸 A photo of your act of appreciation (with permission if the person is identifiable), together with a short reflection on why you chose this person and what you learnt from the experience.
TASK:
Carry out 3 intentional acts of kindness and reflect on how they made a difference.
EXAMPLE:
Help a classmate with schoolwork, assist with household chores, encourage a friend, or offer help to someone in need.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

WHAT TO SUBMIT:
📝 A short reflection describing the three acts of kindness you carried out and how they impacted both the other person and yourself. A bonus if you took a photo with each of them!

Design and complete your own Citizen Challenge that makes a positive difference to your family, school, community, or the environment.
EXAMPLE:
🌱 Organise a mini clean-up around your neighbourhood.
