Because of the widespread job loss due to the COVID-19 crisis, the Memphis Chamber of Commerce provides local citizens with opportunities to find jobs on their website. The Chamber of Commerce has a current list of employers with job openings that citizens can apply for on its m website by uploading a resume. Parents can dial 2-1-1 to reach the community information and referral resources of LINC, the Library Information Center at the Memphis Public Library if they seek help or know someone who needs assistance. Parents can receive support if they need things such as clothes, English Instruction, food, Foreclosure Assistance, furniture, GED help, Utility Assistance, Transportation, Legal Services, Substance Abuse, etc. Dial 2-1-1 to get the resource that you need.
