Our first 2026/2027 HSA Meeting will take place on Monday, September 14 at 6:00pm in the Spring Ridge Library.  

This is a great meeting to attend if you're interested in getting involved this school year! We'll share plans for upcoming events and get to know our volunteers' interests and availability so everyone can help in a way that fits their schedule and comfort level.

Whether you can volunteer once or throughout the year, we'd love to have you join us. We hope to see you there!

On select Fridays, fresh, soft pretzels from the Philly Pretzel Factory will be available for purchase and delivered directly to your child at the end of the school day. Order forms will be sent home in your child’s folder on the Monday before and are due back with payment the Wednesday before Pretzel Day. Each plain pretzel is $1.00 and cinnamon pretzels are $2.00. You can pay with cash or a check made out to the Spring Ridge HSA. 

From Monday, Sept. 28 through Friday, Oct. 2, we will be holding a coin challenge to see which class can raise the most money.  We will collect a differnt type of coin each day:

• Monday - Pennies & Nickels   

• Tuesday - Dimes                                  

• Wednesday - Quarters    

• Thursday - Dollar Bills

• Friday - Dollar Bills and Any Coins

The class that collects the most money will win a Freeze Pop Party!  All money collected will go toward purchasing books from the Spring Ridge teachers’ and staff members’ classroom wish lists.

Our 2027 Fall Scholastic Book Fair will be held in the Spring Ridge Lobby from Wednesday, October 7, through Friday, October 16. During the school day, students will have the opportunity to shop with their class during their scheduled Library period.  Be sure to join us for Family Night on Tuesday, October 13, from 6:00–7:30 pm, when families can shop the Book Fair together.  We will have raffle baskets to win and everyone gets an entry for attending!

Leading up to the Book Fair, we'll hold our All for Books Coin Challenge from Monday, September 28, through Friday, October 2. Every coin donated helps purchase books from teachers' Scholastic wish lists for their classrooms. Additional details about both events will be shared as they get closer.
