Chaperones

Chaperone Requirements:

• All chaperone responsibilities are on this link.

• You MUST be an approved LWSD volunteer to be a chaperone. This application is typically valid for two years. Please start this process ASAP as it typically takes up to 2 weeks here. Once you submit the form you can go and show your ID card at the school office to try to speed up this process. 

• Please use this signup genius link to signup for 2 days to be chaperone during the tenure of Spring Play Practice. This link is now closed to avoid any last minute changes.

• If you need help to swap spots for your current chaperone sign-ups found here, please email Jaclyn, our rehearsal committee lead. All play families should have the password emailed to them to access this.

• Chaperone Training Meeting with Jaclyn (Rehearsal Committee Lead): Apr 6 7PM.

  • • Why? To explain the signing-in and out process for chaperones. Very important!!!

    • Who should attend? Parents of new cast members, anyone with questions, or anyone who just enjoys hanging out! The Zoom meeting will go fast.
