A non refundable deposit of $700 or 50% of total and a signed contract are required to reserve your date. Renters are encouraged to hire a professional coordinator if on site assistance or timeline management is desired. The Spring Mill is a self-service venue and does not provide onsite staff unless selected as an add on.
