Venue Rental Pricing

Wedding Packages

Package 01

$3,500

• Wedding day access from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• 4 scheduled decorating hours the day before
• Optional use of 100 white folding ceremony chairs
• 11 60"-inch round tables and 4 rectangle tables seating up to 96 guests (Can host 150 guests comfortably inside)
• Kitchen access
• Self service venue with no on site staff

Package 02

$6,000

• Everything in Package 01
• One overnight stay on site
• Lodging for up to 18 guests

Package 03

$7,500

• Everything in Package 01
• Two night stay on site
• Lodging for up to 18 guests

Outdoor Ceremony Only

$750

• Three hours on property for ceremony and photos
• Use of 100 white wedding ceremony chairs
• Outdoor ceremony access only

Non-Wedding Events

Hourly Rental

Minimum two hours
$200 per hour

• Includes thirty minutes before and after for decorating and cleaning

Full Day Event

10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

• Monday through Friday and Sundays $1,500
• Saturdays $1,850

Additional Add Ons

• Decorating hours $100 per hour
• Parking and event attendant $250 for up to six hours
• Alcohol use fee $1,000 required for all events with alcohol
• On site photographer for non wedding events $150 per hour

Booking Information

A non refundable deposit of $700 or 50% of total and a signed contract are required to reserve your date. Renters are encouraged to hire a professional coordinator if on site assistance or timeline management is desired. The Spring Mill is a self-service venue and does not provide onsite staff unless selected as an add on.
