The SPP – Switch Point Program aims at giving students a direct exposure to international market analysis and business development. The program gives Italian and foreign students the opportunity to work in teams to assist a company to enter a foreign market. Students will benefit from international exposure and multicultural experience, crucial for their professional enrichment and very valuable for their CV. Companies receive a market entry plan and a detailed analysis of the business environment in the destination country.
Below you can find some examples of the reports and presentations prepared by teams.
Partner companies identify one foreign market where they want to expand their business. Once the country has been identified, a student from that foreign market will be invited to come to Italy for the program. In the two-month period April-May, the foreign student will join the team of Italian students to explore the destination market and develop the entry plan for the company. The team will prepare a report presented to the company at the end of the program (mid-May).
