Moving to a new country can bring excitement, but it can also come with challenges that affect your well-being. To support our International Spouse Program members, Swedes Worldwide is hosting a three-part workshop series in partnership with Svea KBT, focusing on practical strategies and psychological tools to help you settle in and thrive. 

Workshop Format: 

• Three sessions, 2 hours each

• Each session has its own theme but builds on the previous ones - newcomers are welcome at any time 

• Led by student psychologists under supervision of licensed psychologists for a safe, high-quality experience

Session 1 – Adjusting to a New Country & Prioritizing Well-Being
