To support our International Spouse Program members, Swedes Worldwide is hosting a three-part workshop series in partnership with Svea KBT, focusing on practical strategies and psychological tools to help you settle in and thrive.
Workshop Format:
Three sessions, 2 hours each
Each session has its own theme but builds on the previous ones - newcomers are welcome at any time
Led by student psychologists under supervision of licensed psychologists for a safe, high-quality experience

Session 1 – Adjusting to a New Country & Prioritizing Well-Being
Explore the challenges of moving to a new country and learn how to create the right conditions for your mental health. Discover available resources, understand what to pay attention to, and recognize important signals for self-care.
