[Similiar technique as baseball throwing]
Right and left foot parallel (straight) and aligned. Shoulder length apart
Shoulder facing toward target
Release when arm is straight
[place another spot marker in front of the other two] then step in to 3rd marker
Hands in basket- Elbows facing toward ground, a little away from the body. Fingers open. Hands spread apart to allow ball to come into body
Knees slightly bent. Legs apart.
Bring ball to chest with the arms
Starting position- Two feet together. Stagger the foot away from the QB back. Bend knees
