Meeting Day and Time

Second and Fourth Sunday of each Month from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (starting February 22nd)

Feedback

As the club grows, we'll actively seek feedback from participants to refine meeting times, days, and locations in order to best accommodate the greatest number of players.

Sanctioning

The club organizer is working toward becoming a NASPA Certified Director, which will allow club play results to be officially recognized. All games will be adjudicated using the NWL2023 lexicon. Official NASPA player rules can be found here.

Skill Levels

Players of all skill levels are welcome. We will endeavor to pair players by skill level as much as possible.

Format

Each meeting will typically include three to four rounds of one-on-one games, with each round lasting approximately 50 minutes to one hour.

Equipment

The club will have a limited number of Scrabble sets available. Players are encouraged to bring their own set if possible. 

Clocks are used for club Scrabble play, with 25 minutes allotted to each player in a single game. Guidance will be provided for players who are new to timed play.
