Welcome to the 2026 Volleyball season!
Below you will find everything you need to know about registration, team details, and how to get involved. We are looking forward to our best season yet!

Deadlines 

• Registration Status: OPEN NOW

• Registration Deadline: June 15th

• Payment Deadline: July 1st (League Entry Deadline)

Registration and Fees

• Eligibility: Boys & Girls, Grades 3rd - 8th (Note: Per league rules, boys must play two grades up).

• Registration Fee: $100 (includes two jerseys for the player to keep. One jersey is pink for our PINK OUT. 

• Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Venmo, or Credit/Debit Card (Service fee applies to card payments) 

• Late Fee: $25.00 for payments received after July 1st.

Jerseys & Uniforms

Each player receives a Regular Game Jersey and a Pink Out Jersey.

• Style Choice: Players can choose between Long Sleeve and Short Sleeve performance materials.

• Jersey Numbers: Assigned on a first-come, first-served basis by registration timestamp.

• Returning Players: If you choose to keep your jersey number from last year, it is reserved for you for the 2026 season.

• Fit: Please provide a size during registration. We will also perform accurate measurements at the mandatory parent meeting.

Coaching Staff

• Volleyball Program Lead: Chad Buchan

• 5th/6th Grade Coach: Chad Buchan

• 7th/8th Grade Coach: Adam Bazer

• 3rd/4th Grade Coach: VACANT - Seeking Volunteer - Chad will help as an assistant. 

Summer Schedule & Expectations

• Summer Practices: Optional early-start practices will begin this summer to help teams find their groove. While attendance is optional, it is highly encouraged.

• The Season: Runs from August through October, culminating in a tournament.

• Parent Meeting: A mandatory meeting will be held prior to the season to review expectations and schedules.

• Uniform/Equipment Manager 

• Concessions/Game Day Manager

• Team Parents (Game day volunteer coordination)
