(a) RDTL/ Baptism Certificate (1 copy)
Grade 1 must be born before December 2020
Grade 7 must be born before December 2014
(b) Previous school report book cover page with EMIS number (1 copy)
(c) Ficha Familia (1 copy)

Receive confirmation from the school.
