Use your work for educational, awareness‑raising, and promotional purposes consistent with our mission
You agree that we may edit your submission for grammar, clarity, length, and privacy. We will not alter the essential meaning or intent of your work without your permission.
You may choose how you would like to be credited: full name, first name only, initials, or anonymous. If no preference is stated, we will respect your privacy and publish anonymously.
By submitting your work, you confirm that:
The work is your original creation
You have the right to grant this license
The work does not infringe on the rights of any third party
The work does not contain unlawful or defamatory material
You may request in writing that your work be removed from our active website and future publications. While we will honor such requests going forward, we cannot guarantee removal from materials already printed, distributed, or archived.
You understand that your submission is voluntary and that you will not receive payment or royalties for the use of your work.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which The SPL Project, Inc. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
