These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Splivon Tycoon mobile app (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The App
Splivon Tycoonis an entertainment game about a second-hand market in a small town, together with fishing and town businesses such as shops, factories, restaurants, hotels, car washes, and gas stations.
It is not a real marketplace. In-game cash, items, fish, businesses, offers, and progress have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money or real goods.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal entertainment on devices you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit the App except as allowed by applicable law.
3. Accounts
The App does not require an account. Progress is stored locally on your device.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Ads and purchases
The App shows a banner advertisement and optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. A rewarded advertisement, if you choose to watch it through to the end, may grant an in-game benefit such as a temporary income boost or skipping a wait. You can play without watching one.
The App does not offer real-money purchases. In-game benefits from ads have no cash value.
An advertisement may fail to load. In that case the related benefit is not granted.

6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Local save data may be lost if you reset progress, uninstall the App, clear app data, or change devices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of progress or data.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age required in your country to agree to these Terms, use the App only with a parent or guardian’s permission where that permission is required.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. The “Last updated” date shows when it was last changed. We are not required to send a separate notice of changes.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
