This Privacy Policy explains how Simfelo (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information. Splivon Tycoon is an entertainment game: a second-hand market in a small town, with fishing and town businesses such as shops, factories, restaurants, hotels, car washes, and gas stations. It is not a real marketplace.
1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
The App does not require an account and does not ask you to create a login.
Game progress is stored only on your device. That includes cash, depot items, market listings and offers, fishing progress (such as the cooler, boats, and orders), businesses and the links between them, quests, season progress, language preference, and similar local game data.
We do not operate a Simfelo game server that receives your save file.
3. Fonts
To draw text, the App may download font files from Google Fonts when you open it. Google handles that request. It may include your IP address under Google’s own policies. Your game save is not sent with it.

4. Ads and advertising identifiers
The App shows advertising through Google AdMob:
- a banner advertisement, and
- optional rewarded advertisements that you may choose to watch for an in-game benefit, such as a temporary income boost or skipping a wait.
There are no full-screen interstitial ads between screens, and the App does not sell anything for real money.
Watching a rewarded advertisement is optional. You can keep playing without it. Some waits then simply stay in place.
Google AdMob and its partners may process device and advertising data, such as an advertising identifier, IP address, and general device information, under Google’s policies. We do not receive your game save through AdMob.

5. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13.
6. Third parties
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your game save with third parties for advertising.
Services that may process data when you use the App are Google Play (installing and updating the App), Google Fonts (font download), and Google AdMob (advertising).
Your device and operating system may also process standard app and system data according to your device settings. That is outside this App’s own save storage.
7. Your choices
You can reset local progress with the in-app “Reset save” option (wording may vary by language).
Uninstalling the App, or clearing its data, may remove the local save, depending on your device settings.
You can decline rewarded advertisements. You can also limit ad personalization in your device settings, including by resetting your advertising identifier.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. We are not required to send a separate notice of changes.
