Split Khata Account and Data Deletion

Split Khata users can permanently delete their account and associated data directly from the app or request deletion by email.

Delete Your Account From the App

1. Open the Split Khata app.

2. Open the Profile page.

3. Select Delete Account & Data.

4. Review the deletion notice.

5. Select Delete Permanently.

Guest users can select Delete Local Data.

Data That May Be Deleted

• Your Split Khata account

• Your Google and Firebase authentication connection

• Private cloud data

• Groups owned by your account

• Local groups, expenses, transactions, and preferences

• Your membership from shared groups

Data That May Be Retained

Some shared expense records may remain for other group members. Your identity may be removed or replaced with Former member.

If you cannot access the app, email:

Include your Split Khata display name and Google account email so account ownership can be verified.
