Important Registration Details

• Author registration is required for accepted papers at SPIRE 2026 by September 7, 2026.

• One author registration may be used to cover multiple accepted papers.

• For papers whose authors are exclusively students, a student registration may be used in place of an author registration. 

• The registration fee includes lunch, coffee breaks with refreshments during the conference program, and one conference dinner.

• You are welcome to bring one additional guest to the conference dinner. If you choose to do so, please select the "I am attending the Conference Dinner with an additional guest" option under the Conference Dinner Attendance menu. Guest dinner tickets are CAD 55 + tax (Early Bird) and CAD 65 + tax (Late Registration).

• Separate guest registrations are not permitted. If you wish to bring an additional guest, they must be registered as part of your primary registration.

Faculty/Other

• CAD 645 (Early Registration, until September 7, 2026)

• CAD 800 (Late Registration, September 8, 2026 to October 3, 2026)

Student

• CAD 515 (Early Registration, until September 7, 2026)

• CAD 645 (Late Registration, September 8, 2026 to October 3, 2026)

Applicable taxes will be added during checkout.
