☆Terms of Service☆

Note that any commission work with me means you agree to my Terms of Service. Any violation of my TOS will result in a blacklist and refusal to work with you on any future projects and commissions.

Make sure you read through my entire TOS; I'll know if you did!

GENERAL

I use payment via CashApp (preferred), Venmo, and PayPal. I can also use Zelle if needed. I do not accept digital/electronic checks or money orders. If I know you in person, I will accept cash. For Venmo/PayPal, you must pay me via Friends & Family, or pay the difference in fees that get taken from me and my work. If you don't like it, then don't purchase from me.

Payment plans are only available for fursuit work. I give top priority to full and upfront payment, otherwise short term payment plans only. We can discuss this further in DMs.

Any means or forms of harassment and/or dangerous or illegal behavior will render your commission as void. I will not be issuing a refund.

I will not do any work with zoophiles (umbrella; feral NSFW, feral toys), pedophiles (umbrella; babyfurs/ABDL/ageplay, cub, MAPs), bigots, discriminators, or abusers.

FOR FURSUIT WORK

I require at least a 40% down payment to:

1. Reserve your commission spot, and

2. Purchase materials.

This is non refundable after the materials have been purchased. Once the furring process begins, you may not request a refund.

• Shipping is to be covered by the buyer. Price will be higher if you are not located in the US. I can and will ship internationally, as long as it is available, but you are responsible for tariffs or import fees. If you live locally or I know you personally, we can work out an in-person pick up to save us both from shipping costs. I can also do convention or event pick up if we are attending the same event. Full shipping info is further below.

• You must be at least 16 years old to commission me individually. If you are under the age of 16, I will require your parent or guardian's permission and their contact information so I may confirm with them.

RUSH ORDERS

If you are wanting a rush order for an event or convention that's upcoming and you are not first in queue, that will insinuate a rush fee of $200. The reason for this is to ensure you are on top priority for my work and it makes up for extra/rapid hours I'd be working. This also makes up for the fact you'd be moved up ahead of everyone else in my queue. I will not do rush orders for events that are within the next month (30 days). I do not have time to do so. So please plan ahead if you want to commission me before a convention or event. I can take up to two (2) rush order slots at a time, so please double check with me first.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the fact that fursuit commissions are unique and one of a kind works, I do not accept returns. If there is some sort of issue with your suit, you may contact me and we can work it out. Additionally, this applies to exchanges. You have no reason to exchange anything, and will not accept a request to do so.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you request a commission to be cancelled, there is a timeline of what can be refunded, depending on where I am in the process. This situation applies if you have made a full upfront payment, this may not apply if you are doing a payment plan. 

• If you cancel before any materials are bought, A.K.A. directly after confirming a commission, you will receive a 90% refund, and I will not accept commission requests from you for the next 6 months as you are wasting my time. If you only made the down payment, then you will still receive the 90% of that down payment back.

• If you cancel after materials are purchased, you will receive only 60% refund. Additionally, any materials purchased may be used either for premade or personal work. If you made the down payment, you will not recieve a refund as that down payment is only used for materials.

• If you cancel after the furring process begins (meaning I'd have patterned, cut, and sewn pieces/starting sewing already), you may not request a refund. I have already begun work and you are actively using my labor, therefore you are paying me for the work that's been done. However, in this process, if you would like what's done of the suit, you can request I send you whatever work in progress I have. You will have to cover shipping for this.

• You cannot cancel an order after it is 80%-100% completed.

If you REALLY do not want the suit/parts still for whatever reason at all, then you can let me know and I'll be refurbing the suit to sell as a premade. If you refuse to pay the shipping within 30 days of the suit's completion, I will consider your order as void and I will be refurbing and selling as a premade, and you will be blacklisted. For generic/simple looking suit parts, I won't be refurbing; just selling them as is.

POSTAL SERVICES AND POLICIES

I ship typically with USPS. Please note that I am only responsible for your suit while it is in my possession. Once I hand the package off to the post office, it is out of my responsibility and I cannot control anything that may happen. You MUST ensure that you provide me with a correct address. If a package gets sent back to me due to insufficient address, you will need to pay shipping again so I can send it again with the CORRECT address. Lost or damaged packages are not my responsibility, although I will help you with cases of lost packages. I will not provide refunds for lost packages. If your suit is somehow damaged from postal services, please let me know and I can assess what may be done. This can vary from home fixes, to offers to send it back to me and pay me for repairs. Small repairs will be free of charge, but I will require you to pay shipping to and from.

For international orders: I am not responsible for tariffs and fees. You must plan accordingly if you are outside of the U.S., as shipping fees will also be much higher.

TURNAROUND TIMES

My turnaround times for work can vary from a few weeks to six (6) months, depending on what you have commissioned. I am a busy and disabled person who cannot work 24/7. I will send updates as I work, and clients are welcome to ask for one as well. If you wish to add on a rush fee, you may do so at any time. Any constant/persistent nudges or asks about your suit (after you are provided an update to the best of my ability) will be counted as harassment and will void your commission.

NOTE: I live with a cat, who is constantly around my workroom, suits, and materials. All suits are brushed and quickly cleaned before being sent home; but if you are allergic to cats, I do not recommend commissioning me or purchasing from me. I do smoke cannibis, which is NOT around my suits, but just so you are aware.

IMPORTANT: You MUST let me know if you have a deadline for your suit. Not including rush orders, if you happen to want your suit for an upcoming con or event that is NOT immediate, you need to let me know so I can plan my work accordingly. I am not responsible for your lack of communication.

FOR ART

All commissions must be paid in full before I can start. I do not do payment plans for art commissions. I will send you a sketch when I complete it and you can approve it and let me know if any changes you may want. At this time, you may request a 70% refund if you change your mind. After I begin lineart, you may not ask for a refund.

The same goes for age restriction: ages 16 and older can commission me individually, but if you are younger, then I require parent or guardian permission to be able to do any business with you. Any individuals under the age of 18 cannot commission any NSFW content whatsoever. No exceptions.

You are welcome to post and use my art on social media with credit, but you may not remove my watermarks/signatures or claim as yours. You will be blacklisted and bewared. 

You are welcome to use commissioned pieces as profile pictures or posting on your page with my credits on it. You also have permission to print out and laminate digital badge commissions. I do not allow mass production of my work on any pieces of merchandise that I did not authorize, nor do I allow clients to create any profit off my work. I have rights to post any commission work I am working on/have finished; though if you request it, you may ask me to not tag you or disclose who the piece went to.

All art bases, including YCHs, are NOT to be redistributed in any way. This includes reselling the base, distributing the base, and/or using them for base fills on your own terms.

My work is not to be altered with Artificial Intelligence (AI). If you are found feeding my work to AI, you will be blacklisted and be subject to legal action under copyright.

RUSH ORDERS

As I have been getting orders within short time frames, or last minute orders, I will be implementing rush fees of $15. As following the above policies for fursuits, the reason for this is to ensure you are on top priority for my work and it makes up for extra/rapid hours I'd be working. This also makes up for the fact you'd be moved up ahead of everyone else in my queue. I will not accept rush orders for anything within 72 hours.
