Phasmids- a order of insects commonly stick insects, stick-bugs and walking sticks they also camouflage with surroundings due to their appearance.

Predator- an animal that naturally preys on other animals

Prey- an animal that is hunted and killed by another for food

Recorded- a set down of writing that can be related to data in later findings
