By installing or using Spin the Wheel: Random Choice (“App”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your device in line with these Terms and the app store rules.
You’re responsible for the lists you add. Don’t submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content as needed to operate the App (e.g., saving, syncing, and showing your lists).
Premium features are unlocked via Google Play Billing.
If a subscription is offered, it auto-renews until you cancel in the Google Play account settings.
If there’s a free trial, you’ll be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Cancellation & refunds are handled by Google Play per their policies.
Prices may change; we’ll follow store rules for notice and renewal.
The free tier shows ads (via Google AdMob). In the EEA/UK, you can control consent inside the App.
Don’t interfere with the App, attempt to bypass limits or billing, reverse engineer, or misuse the service. Don’t use the App for unlawful purposes.
We (or our licensors) own the App and its content (excluding your lists). These Terms don’t transfer any of our IP to you.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App or the equivalent of one subscription billing period, if any.
You can stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if continued operation poses risk to users or the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and publish the new version at the same URL. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms will be governed by applicable local consumer laws where you reside. Where local law allows, they are governed by the laws of the United States (without regard to conflicts of laws). Any disputes will be handled by courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
