This Privacy Policy explains how Spin the Wheel: Random Choice (“App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the App.
We aim to collect the minimum needed to make the App work.
Anonymous account ID
On first launch the App signs in anonymously with Firebase Auth. This creates a random identifier (“uid”) so the App can sync your data across reinstalls and restore purchases. We do not collect your name, email, or phone.
Your content (lists)
If you save lists, we store them (title, items, theme/palette, timestamps) in Firebase Firestore under your anonymous uid. You can delete them in the App (Settings → Clear all saved lists).
Purchase information
We use Google Play Billing. Google provides purchase state and a purchase token so the App can unlock Premium. We don’t receive your full payment details.
Ads & identifiers
The free tier uses Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may process device/network data (for example: Advertising ID or similar device IDs, IP address → approximate location, app/ad interactions, diagnostics) to show and measure ads and help prevent fraud/abuse. In the EEA/UK we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to gather and honor consent. You can change your choice anytime in Settings → Review ad consent.
We do not request precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or SMS. We don’t use Crashlytics or analytics SDKs.

We share data only with providers that help run the App:
Google/Firebase (anonymous auth, Firestore), Google Play (in-app purchases), Google AdMob (ads).
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to maintain service integrity. We do not sell your personal data.
On device: until you uninstall or delete in-app data
In Firestore (lists and Premium state): until you delete via the App or request deletion; we may remove inactive data after ~24 months
Ad partners: per their own retention schedules
Delete lists: Settings → Clear all saved lists
Ad consent (EEA/UK) & US opt-out: Settings → Review ad consent (withdraw consent or choose non-personalized ads).
US “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”: we honor opt-out for personalized ads through the same Review ad consent control.
Advertising ID: reset/limit in your device settings
Access/Delete cloud data:
Delete account & cloud data: Settings → Delete account and cloud data. This removes your Firebase Auth profile (anonymous or signed-in) and all saved lists permanently.

email spinthewheel2025@gmail.com. We will delete Firestore data (lists + entitlement) linked to your anonymous uid. We may ask you to provide the uid from the App’s Settings to verify the correct profile. We aim to respond within 30 days.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). If you believe a child used the App and provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data is encrypted in transit and stored by Google Cloud/Firebase. Data may be processed outside your country; Google applies appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
13) Age and parental approval signals
In jurisdictions where Google Play provides age signals, our app may receive a user status and an age range and, for supervised accounts, a parental approval status and an install ID. We use this only to provide age-appropriate access and to comply with legal requirements related to significant changes. We do not collect dates of birth. We do not use this information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics. We do not retain the signal after making the access decision. If provided, we may store a Play-generated install ID solely to process revoked app approvals as described by Google Play.
We may update this Policy. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and publish the new version at the same URL.
