Primary consultant (Rob Spillard) has over 25 years' experience in the offshore survey industry including acting as client representative, survey manager, technical director, offshore survey procurement manager and project manager specialising in delivering projects safely, in-specification, on-time and on-budget.
Office-based management of complex survey projects including long-term office-based contracts. Formal project management qualifications include PRINCE 2 (full "Practitioner" level) and New Zealand Institute of Management. Formal IoSH safety management qualification.
Many offshore projects completed as Survey Client Representative. Excellent communication and reporting skills, focus on contract compliance, safety and client satisfaction.
Experience of all offshore sectors including:
Offshore cable survey and installation
Construction support (including ROV, trenching, structure installation etc)
Bathymetric and geophysical survey
Rig-Move
Well over 100 varied offshore projects successfully completed, acting in positions from Online Surveyor to Technical Director.
Experience of short-term and long-term contracts with key clients including Oil & Gas, Cables, Renewables, Dredging and Construction.
