Potatoes – 2 cups boiled, peeled and mashed
Salt – to taste
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

Cumin and Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add the mashed potatoes, salt, red chili powder, cumin and cooriander powder, turmeric and little water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously. Remove from the flame, transfer to a plate and press well with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle coriander (if available) on top. Keep aside.

Sliced bread – 1 loaf
Garlic chutney – 4 tablespoons – See recipe
