3. Board Roster & Grade Level Rep Update
- Board Roster is 95% complete with the following vacancies
-Fundraising: Trunk or Treat & Spring Class Challenge Leads
-Family Engagement: Spring Garden Clean Up Lead
- Staff Appreciation: Teacher Appreciation Week Lead
- Grade Level Rep interest for is now live
- Process: interest form goes live, accepting interest forms, form closes, GLR   Coordinator meets with administration to make selections. Goal of plugging in those who are not selected in other ways during the school year. 

4. Membership Update - Naterra
-Current count as of 9/2

5. PTA - Gen Memb Mtg Run-of-Show (Wed @ 4:00 PM)
-Location: Courtyard (kids can use the playground)
-Refreshments: bottled water
-Materials: sign-in, agenda copies, finance summary, name tags, QR code for checkin
-Roles, motions, and quick talking points

6. Calendar Alignment
