President - The PTA President leads the organization by setting goals, guiding the board, and representing the PTA at school and community events. They oversee meetings, coordinate with school leadership, and ensure all activities align with the PTA’s mission to support students and families. Membership VP - The PTA Membership Chair is responsible for recruiting, welcoming, and retaining members to support the organization’s goals. They manage membership drives, maintain accurate records, and promote the benefits of joining the PTA to families and staff. Strong communication and outreach skills are key to fostering a vibrant, engaged membership.
Secretary - The PTA Secretary records and maintains accurate minutes of all meetings and handles official correspondence for the organization. They ensure timely distribution of meeting notes and important documents to members and assist with record-keeping and communication tasks. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills are essential for this role.
Treasurer - The PTA Treasurer manages all financial matters, including budgeting, tracking income and expenses, and preparing financial reports. They work closely with the board to ensure funds are used responsibly and in alignment with PTA goals. Strong organizational and accounting skills are essential for maintaining accurate and transparent financial records.
Parliamentarian - The PTA Parliamentarian ensures meetings are conducted according to the organization’s bylaws and established parliamentary procedures. Principal - The Principal serves as a key advisor and liaison between the school and the PTA board, helping align PTA initiatives with the school’s goals and policies. They provide input on programming, support collaboration between staff and PTA members, and help ensure activities enhance the educational experience for all students. While not a voting member, the Principal plays a vital role in communication, partnership, and overall school community engagement.

Supply Closet & Inventory Manager

Social Media Content & Canva Flyer Creator
The Social Media Manager & Canva Flyer Creator promotes PTA events and initiatives through engaging digital content and eye-catching designs. This role manages PTA social media accounts, creates flyers using Canva, and ensures consistent, timely communication with the school community. Working closely with PTA members and event leads, they help boost engagement and maintain a positive online presence. Strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail are essential..
Grade Level Representative's Liaison
The Volunteer Grade Level Leader oversees and supports the team of parent representatives for each grade level. This role ensures clear communication between the PTA and grade reps, share important updates, and organize grade-specific activities. House Sorting & House Parties Coordinator - Committee Chair*
The House Party & House Sorting Coordinator partners with school staff to plan and execute the house sorting ceremony at the beginning of the school year. At the end of each nine-week period, they help organize the house parties, including treats like popcorn and popsicles, and a dance party. The coordinator also manages volunteers for setup and cleanup at each event. Strong coordination and communication skills are key for this fun, student-centered role.

They verify funds received with the Treasurer at the conclusion of each fundraiser. The coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing Dine and Donate events during the months of August, September, October, November, February, March, April, and May. Family Engagement Committee
Monthly Coffee with the Principal Coordinator - Committee Chair*
The Monthly Coffee with the Principal Coordinator serves as the PTA representative at the event or arranges for another representative if unavailable. Solar booster clubs function to support and enhance school programs, by raising funds, organizing volunteers, and promoting community involvement. Solar Booster clubs provide financial assistance for equipment, uniforms, events, travel, and other needs that may not be fully covered by the school budget. They also foster school spirit and build connections between students, families, and the community.
