Fees and Services

Standard Rates:

Therapy Initial Appointment: $150.00/hour

60 Min Appointment: $135.00/hour

Missed Appointment: $50.00

Phone calls under 10 minutes are Free

Phone calls 15-60 minutes will be prorated by hourly rate.

I do offer sliding scale options, please inquire directly with me.

I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Health Care, and Tricare. 

Copay is determined by your specific policy, and is subject to change per your policy or insurance company.

In order to provide you with copay and coverage information I will need a copy of your insurance card, as your copay is dependent upon your policy.

If I am not in your network, but you would still like to work with me, more information can be provided upon request.

I will not be pursuing in-network providership with other insurance policies at this time.
