The top category in sales was fishing but the ctaegory with the most unique customers was the Cleats category.

The Latin American, United States and Canada Market had a majority market of over 40% which highlights the location of the company.
In general, most categories had an average profit of about $30 - $40 per order with the highest being the computers category with an average profit ratio of $157.6.

All other shipment classes including standard shipment had better LDRs even with over 350% the orders.
From further analysis, it was clear that almost all first class shipment orders were scheduled to be delivered in lesser days than was practicable causing an increase in late deliveries and general LDR.
After 2017 Q1, market in Africa, United States and Canada were pulled due to extremely low sales.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Given the great handle and demand for sports accessories, the company switching to become a completely sporty company will make it a well recognised one stop shop for anything sport related while doing away with other categories that brought in very little profit but had extremely high profit-cost ratios.
This company needs to ensure that only products in stock are allowed to be shipped anything other than standard while product out of stock or products that need to be fulfilled first by the manufacturer are not made to be first class deliverables due to possible and unforseen delays.
Finally, for first class products to be fulfilled on time and in full, more resources should be put in place to fulfill first class products.
