In this Tableau project, data from a pizza restaurant is analysed to determine which pizzas bring in the most revenue, pizzas that may need to be discontinued and the general busy hours and weeks of the restaurant.

The busiest hours for the restaurant are 12pm to 1pm and 5pm to 7 p.m., which are generally lunch and closing times for most companies.
The weeks with the most sales are weeks 48, 27, 20, 17 and 5 with 491,474,458,437 and 436 pizza sales respectively.
The most purchased pizza category is the Classic with 26.9% of total sales and the worst category being Veggie with 23.68%.
The most purchased pizza size is large with 45.89% of all sales the least purchased pizza size is XXL with 0.12% of all sales.
A total of 49,574 pizzas were sold in the period bringing in revenue of $817,860 from 21350 orders for an average of 2.32 pizzas per order.
The best selling pizza by revenue is the Thai Chicken Pizza with $43,434.25 in revenue and the worst selling is the Brie Carrie pizza with $11,588.5 in revenue.
The average order sale is $38.30.
