Spellwings Press is a selective independent publisher based in British Columbia, Canada. We primarily publish through a hybrid model, curating a small list of fiction under the Spellwings imprint and guiding each accepted title through editing, design, production, and release. We do not accept every submission, we do not offer vanity-style imprint use, and we are not a stand-alone publicity service for already self-published books. Spellwings accepts human-authored manuscripts only, and our audiobooks are human-voiced only. In limited cases, Spellwings may also undertake direct press-funded acquisitions for titles the press chooses to support as a strategic investment. These projects are contracted under a traditional-style agreement rather than our standard hybrid model.
