 - Development of next-generation semiconductor materials

 - Next-generation optoelectronic devices - Perovskite LEDs

 - Next-generation neuromorphic semiconductor devices – Artificial neuron and synapse

 - Development prediction model for materials and devices design using artificial intelligence
