Welcome to Spelliva ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy while you use our mobile application, Spelliva (the "App"), an interactive word puzzle and spelling learning application.

Public Profile Information: When setting up your profile, you may provide a public display name, select an avatar emoji, and pick an optional country flag.
Game Progress & Scores: We store your total score, current level order, completed levels, and virtual coin balance.
Note: Spelliva does not require you to provide sensitive personal information such as your real legal name, email address, phone number, physical address, or password.
Device & Usage Data: We automatically collect standard technical information such as your device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, language settings, and app performance data.
Analytics & Storage Data: We utilize Google Cloud Firestore / Firebase to securely store user progress, leaderboard rankings, and profile configurations.
Our App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display personalized and non-personalized advertisements, including rewarded video ads:
AdMob may collect and use your device's Advertising ID (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS), IP address, and interaction data to serve relevant ads and perform ad analytics.
On iOS, ad tracking is subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission prompt.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
Core App Operations: To save your game progress, manage level unlocks, track coins, and enable global leaderboard participation.
Leaderboard Display: To display your chosen username, avatar emoji, score, and country flag on global public leaderboards.
App Improvement & Debugging: To monitor app performance, fix bugs, and optimize user experience.
Ad Serving: To deliver contextual advertisements and reward coins for opted-in video ad views.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers that assist us in operating our App:
Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore & Analytics): Used for database storage, leaderboard synchronization, and app telemetry.
Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements in the App.

We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions).

Access & Correction: You can update your display name, avatar, and country at any time directly within the App's Edit Profile screen.
Data Deletion: If you wish to delete your profile data and game progress completely from our servers, you may send a deletion request email to soton.m360@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" along with your in-app display name. We will remove your profile and leaderboard entries within 30 days.
