General Members

• For safety and liability reasons, all participants to any club activities (including parent ride-alongs) must be a general member of the club. 

• Some club activities require a separate registration. See Programs page for details.

• The general membership covers general membership of Alberta Bicycling Association (ABA) and its insurance program. You do not register for the ABA membership separately.

• Adult members participating in our club activities are encouraged to go through the Safe Sport Training provided by the Coaching Association of Canada.

• You can purchase the general membership at a discount if you are already a member of another cycling club in Alberta but still want to participate in our club activities. Please contact us to obtain a code for the club registration so that you are not charged twice for ABA's insurance program.

Racing Members

• If you are interested in participating in the ABA-sanctioned races this season representing Speed Skating Alberta Cycling Club, you need to purchase an appropriate race license first. (See the ABA website.)

• Once you get your ABA race license, please contact us to obtain a code for the club registration so that you are not charged twice for the ABA's insurance program.

• Racing members are required to wear our official club kit (at least jersey) when racing in a ABA sanctioned event. Our club kit are available on our team shop (Link to be available soon).
