Return Policy

We make drums because it makes us happy. We want you to be happy. If there is an issue with your order please let us know so that we can resolve it. If we are unable to resolve your issue we will process your return. We do however have some basic policies regarding returns. Returns are processed in the order they are received and may take 1-2 weeks for processing and the disbursement of funds.

1. We do not accept unidentified returns. A return number ( RN) issued by us must accompany your return. Please contact us before attempting to return any of your purchase.

2. We will only accept returns with an RN and from the original purchaser within 30 days of the delivery date according to our shipping receipt.

3. We will not pay for any return shipping or shipping insurance. You are solely responsible for the safety and condition of the drum(s), as they are your property until we receive them.

4. Returned drums are expected either in the condition that you received them or with the damage as described in the return request. Further damage will be suspected as user error or neglect.

5. We do not accept returns due to user error or neglect. Drums arriving with clear issues resulting from user error or neglect will not be processed as a return. The owner will be notified and given 90 days to either pay for return shipping or pick up their drum(s). After 90 days any unclaimed held items will be disposed of.

6. All returns will be assessed a processing and re-stock fee of 15% of the final sale price of the order.
