Anders brings more than 3 years of Toastmasters experience and a personal journey of growth as a speaker.

He has developed from delivering speeches with limited movement and vocal variation to speaking with energy, gestures, and vocal dynamics.

As a mentor, he helps mentees identify areas to focus on and offers input on speech content and delivery, providing constructive feedback and support throughout their speaking journey.

Mark understands many of the challenges mentees face, having experienced many of them himself throughout his Toastmasters journey.

He knows what it means to feel anxious before a speech or meeting role and brings solid experience with the different roles in club meetings.

With strengths in clarity, composure on stage, and continuous self-improvement, he helps mentees structure and organise their public speaking journey.

Vlad tailors his mentorship to each mentee’s needs.

Some may benefit from quick feedback on speech drafts, while others prefer 1:1 sessions to rehearse and refine their delivery.

He provides honest, detailed feedback on structure and delivery, always aiming for long-term improvement and excellence.

His experience includes tech leadership, startup mentorship, academic teaching and writing, and completion of the Toastmasters Pathways Mentor Programme.
