One of the most rewarding moments is seeing a mentee discover the joy of public speaking and shift from self‑doubt to a confident, self‑driven mode, with clarity and purpose.

Mentor

Mark understands many of the challenges mentees face, having experienced many of them himself throughout his Toastmasters journey.

He knows what it means to feel anxious before a speech or meeting role and brings solid experience with the different roles in club meetings.

With strengths in clarity, composure on stage, and continuous self-improvement, he helps mentees structure and organise their public speaking journey.

  Shais(Seth) Mosanefi

Mentor

Shais can show new members how to make a fast and steady progress.

His mentees get a clear plan including which roles to take on, in what order, and how to use each one to build a specific skill. He helps them handle impromptu speeches calmly.

He also shows them how to read their evaluations and choose one or two points to work on next.

Shais is a leader in a technical organisation in the wind industry. That makes him a strong match for professionals in technical fields who want to explain complex topics simply, present with confidence and be heard in meetings.

Shais is an active member of Speak to Lead Toastmasters and currently serves on the club board as VP of Public Relations. He is also supporting PR initiatives for Division G for 2026/27.

Vlad Manea

Mentor

Vlad tailors his mentorship to each mentee’s needs.

Some may benefit from quick feedback on speech drafts, while others prefer 1:1 sessions to rehearse and refine their delivery.

He provides honest, detailed feedback on structure and delivery, always aiming for long-term improvement and excellence.

His experience includes tech leadership, startup mentorship, academic teaching and writing, and completion of the Toastmasters Pathways Mentor Programme.
