We’re excited to bring you a workshop that’s a little different from our usual focus on communication and leadership skills. Why? Because we’ve seen too many talented professionals, especially internationals, struggling to secure jobs in Denmark.

Recent layoffs at major companies, like Novo Nordisk, to name the latest, have made the job market more challenging than ever. Many of our own members have faced this challenge firsthand: moving here for great opportunities, only to suddenly find themselves without a job and realising how hard it is to secure another one in Copenhagen.

That’s why we’ve partnered with incredible speakers who are volunteering their time to share real-life strategies and personal experiences, helping job seekers—both local and international—navigate the Danish job market successfully.

A wonderful evening we had at Speak to Lead Toastmasters! On October 8th, we gathered at Kulturstationen Vanløse for an inspiring workshop led by Gustaf Winberg, Club Growth Director at District 95 Toastmasters, published author, professional speaker, and lifelong learner. 🌟

Gustaf’s presentation invited us to reflect on what it truly means to show ourselves: to lead, speak, and grow with authenticity and courage. Through warm-up rounds, an interactive session, and engaging table topics, participants shared their own insights and stories about lifelong learning. 💬

Speak To Lead Toastmasters Copenhagen had the privilege of hosting Andreas Møgelhøj, District 95 Toastmasters Evaluation Contest 2025 Champion and two-time Division Champion, for an interactive workshop on the art of speech evaluation. 🌟

Over 80 minutes packed with tips, live speeches, and layered feedback, Andreas guided us through why feedback matters, how to structure evaluations, note-taking techniques, constructive phrasing, advanced evaluation strategies. And then came the magic: two speeches, multiple evaluations, and Andreas' masterclass feedback on top of feedback. ✨
