TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Speaker Cleaner - Water Eject

Effective date: 18 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Speaker Cleaner - Water Eject app (the "App") provided by MD Developer Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. ABOUT THE APP

The App plays sound tones and uses vibration that may help push liquid water out of your phone's speaker and loosen light dust. It also includes a stereo test, a sound meter, a sound check, a volume booster and a 7-day care routine. The App is free to use and is supported by ads.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

• Results depend on your phone, how much water or dust is present, and how long it has been there. We do not guarantee that the App will remove water or dust, or restore sound quality.

• The App cannot remove packed dirt or repair hardware damage, and it is not a replacement for professional repair.

• If your phone was exposed to a lot of water, or the sound does not return, turn the phone off and contact the manufacturer or an authorised repair centre.

• We are not affiliated with any phone manufacturer. Using the App does not change your phone's warranty, and water damage may not be covered by your warranty.

3. USE THE APP SAFELY

• Cleaning tones are loud. Never hold the phone against your ear while a tone is playing.

• Disconnect wired and Bluetooth headphones before cleaning the speaker or earpiece. In headphone mode, take the headphones off your ears first.

• The tones can disturb people and pets nearby. Use the App in a suitable place.

• Do not charge your phone while its port is wet.

• Stop using the App immediately if you notice unusual noise, distortion or heat from your phone.

• The Volume Booster raises loudness beyond the normal system volume. High boost can distort sound and, over time, may damage speakers. Use it at your own risk and at the lowest level that helps.

• Sound Meter and Sound Check readings are relative estimates from your phone's microphone. They are not calibrated measurements and must not be used for legal, workplace safety or medical purposes.

4. ADVERTISEMENTS

The App shows ads provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of ads, or for any products, services or websites offered by advertisers. Any dealings you have with advertisers are between you and them.

5. LICENSE TO USE THE APP

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the App or any part of it,

• reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the App's source code, except where the law allows it,

• remove or change any copyright or other notices,

• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, including its design, code, text, sounds, graphics, icons and the "Blip" mascot, is owned by MD Developer Studio and protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights in the App.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App uses services from third parties, including Google Play and Google AdMob. Your use of these services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the App uses and how. By using the App, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted, error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MD Developer Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any damage to your device, loss of data, hearing damage or other harm arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any failure to follow the safety guidance in section 3. Because the App is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is zero.

11. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MD Developer Studio from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.

12. UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the App, or any feature of it, at any time without notice. Some updates may be required to keep using the App. We are not liable to you if the App is unavailable at any time.

13. TERMINATION

Your license to use the App ends automatically if you break these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with its effective date at the top. By continuing to use the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
